Plugin Request Money for a mob kill or player kill (Spigot 1.8)

I've tried so many different plugins for this. Some work but don't have a function for mob money and some don't let me add a custom message of my liking. (Also rank modifications, read more)

Suggested name: Money4Kills

What I want: A fully functioning plugin that gives you a customizable amount of money (essentials economy, not gold ingots or any item) for either a player kill, or a mob kill, depending on your rank (groupmanager or permissionsEX etc.). I also want it to have a customizable message that I can edit for example "you got $5 for killing Notch."
To make things clear, lets say rank (RANK NAME) gets $5 with the msg "you got $5"
while another rank, (RANK NAME #2) gets $10 with the msg "+ $10"

I prefer to edit everything in a config file, so no commands are needed for this plugin.

Permissions: none please because its just going to make it complicated. you don't need a permission for a plugin that you have enabled for a reason.
