Question Mods Per World?

    I'm not sure what forum u was support to post this in so if you bukkit admins need to change the forum this is in... Feel free to! Okay, so I run a 1.8.8 bukkit server. I know how to do Per World Plugins but not mods. I want to have a lucky block survival but I don't want everyone in the server to have to have it installed. I just want them to have to have it to play in one of the worlds. I'm open to suggestions. I want to keep everything on my server the same except for adding that but I'm open to some change if it is needed. Thank you in advance!

    Modded servers are not supported by Bukkit.
