Modifications to the SkylandPlus source?

Hello Gentlefolks!

Im looking for a coder who can do some modifications to the SkylandsPlus+ Plugin!
The source is available on github and the latest branch is here: https://github.com/andrewkm/SkylandsPlus

Can somebody skilled with Wgen-stuff help me out?

In detail:
-no mesa biomes are generated
- no jungle found yet (either not generated or way too few)
- too many plains (at least 50% too many)
- no redstone populator
- no pond populator (but scattered water/lava source blocks)
- need to remove lava spawns from the overworld (either per option or removed from code)
- It seems there are no animals generated during world generation?
- we need waterponds instead of the current water source blocks would be cool (minor)

 

Thanks, but been there, done that. That was the first place for me to check.
Theres currently no active maintainer for that plugin.
Hence this thread...

You get my result when i done with looking.

EDIT -- Result:

Issue: Too many plain biomes.
Explaination: All biomes returns PLAINS by default.
Solution: I can fix that, to change the default to something else, or to randomize it.

Issue: No mesa biome generated.
Explaination: The biome 'mesa' is not used in the code.
Solution: Maybe i can add the biome 'mesa' to the code.

No explaination/solution with another issue. I will get it.
