   I'm asking for a program that will scan my world and remove entities from when I was playing SSP on the map with MoCreatures and Humans+.
   
   Moving the map to SMP, caused alot of "[INFO] Skipping Entity with id Horse/Bird/Heart/Pirate/Bunny". I need a way to remove these entities from my server. Is there anything?

   try downloading mcedit, selectiong all ur world and pressing "delete all entities"

   That would be impossible, due to the size of my map. It's enormous.
   It would run a high risk of MCEdit crashing.
