MobSpawner: How to remove for users ?

    Whats the best way to disable or remove mobspawners for users.
    People got alot of mobspawners making the server laggy.
    Maybe with a plugin ?
    These plugins are running:
    Plugins: PermissionsBukkit, ColorMe, CreeperHeal, HeroicDeath, iConomy, Minequery, NoCheat, ServerSave, Permissions, Votifier, WorldEdit, dynmap, AdminCmd, ChestShop, Factions, Register
