Plugin Help Mobs Can't Die Within World Guard Regions

Hi, I'm setting up my server and realised that players can't kill or hit mobs being animals and still being able to hit mobs like zombies. I posted my current flags in the region but I don't think they have the issue. Flags and plugins listed in images. I keep getting the message saying you can't harm that here but only with non-ops. I have no plugins that should interfere with no other flags that should either.
