Plugin Request Mineparty plugin request

Hello. I was just wondering if I could get some help on a plugin I am working on. This plugins basic concept is to teleport all players to a location when a admin creates a mineparty. Usually the admin has to manually tp all players to the mineparty. I want to make this automatic. I also need this concept to function with drop parties as well. Please help!

Just to add on, after 5 minutes all the players are teleported to where they were before the mineparty and the mineparty block turns in to bedrock

Admin can just do /tpall which teleports all players, and can they not just do /back after?
