What I want: A minecraft plugin that makes armor a necessity. This plugin makes wearing armor necessary. The plugin works like this:
A person must be wearing Armor to be able to go public. If the person is wearing no armor and walks in front of a person, he will gain Negative Attention points. Every person you walk by, you get 5 Negative Attention. When you reach a hundred, an announcement will appear in that certain world saying in purple, "Police announcement: A character is currently walking without no cloths around here. If you see him, please inform us, the police.". A person can become a tailor, if he has 20 XP levels and by using the command, "/cloth book (player name)". He/She gets a book with the crafting recipes in it. There are three types of clothes, woolen, oxeye daisy and the normal leather clothes. Using wool, a player can create a set of woolen armor (It looks like white grey dyed leather armor) and the player can dye it again. Wearing woolen clothes during night time will give you a small health boost and resistance 1.
Wearing it during the day gives you hunger and slowness 1.
Oxeye daisy armor can be crafted in the same method with oxeye daisys instead of leather armor and wearing it during day time will give you a small health boost. Wearing it during night will give you slowness 1.
Leather Armor gives you res 1 during night and in daytime it will give you hunger


Ideas for commands: /cloth book (player name): takes 20 xp and gives crafting recipes
/cloth version : tells the version of the plugin
