Its damn annoying as there are far too many IP addresses to ban, and in a fit of being stupid I didn't save the list of banned names. I DID however save the server-log which you can find here. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/25789013/server.log I had reset the server-log as it started, all you will see there is what happened during the attack. I am wondering, is there a plugin that is designed to stop this sort of thing? I used SpamHammer along with StealthLogin to create a nice banlist without interupting my members TOO much, however spamhammer spammed us with messages about the player leaving due to the way it bans people. It did however deal with the majority of bots which is nice. I would also like to know if there is a way for me to ban IP addresses of members by entering a name. This would make my life a lot easier when something like this happens again. Anyway, i posted this to warn any server admins of this, I hope you find it useful, as it took my be surprise, waking up at around 8am to this.
erm get essentials it has a auto kick feature to it so when a player spams it mutes n kicks and i recomend u ban all ips to the worlds end bot thats a common bot used for spamming
