Minecart pushing

    Hello
    I have a theme park server and the visitors can push minecarts. I use the plugin traincarts for 1.8 for my train system. Because traincarts For 1.8 is still in beta. I can not edit all configs of the plugin. Does anyone know a plugin allowing visitors not minecarts can push? :)

    can someone otherwise just also a plugin making. That players can not push minecarts?
