Question Minecart/boat placement blocker

    Since i'm not sure what minecarts and boat placement false under and doing it via blockplacement didn't work anyone know a way to completely remove minecarts from reaching an inventory or even the world...

    just done a sweep on my crea world and just cleared over 1300 of them ... i managed to block redstone stuff since thats somewhat simplar but yea.. X)
