Solved Mimic /particles (vanilla)

Hi,
It's 12:45am here, and I have got to add a small feature to a plugin before I go sleep. I can't really test each code, so I was wondering if there's any library/API that allows me to play particle effects that is basically like /particles command (Vanilla). The reason I need this instead of running the particles command is, is because /particles doesn't have an argument for the 'world' which I need.
