Plugin Request Menu command

Hello, I am looking after a plugin 1.7.2
If the player write the command /kit
It will open a Custom Menu (with also a custom name on the menu) and here he will all the kits
There will be 3 lines availables and under the menu, there will be the inventory
At the bottom left side, there will be a block with the texte "Close the menu"
Thanks if you know one or could make me one

 

kit essentials has a few of these features though the author may have to look into the kits section as i had 2 and it replaced a prev 1(might be because im op not sure)

 

essentials doesn't make a menu
it justs make kit
i want a plugin I could configure that will replace the "Kits : Default, Admin" when the /kit command is executed by a menu

 

kit essentials accually is an add-on so yes it does its a gui interface

 

I'll see if I can do this or not.
