I've had this a few times before, yet this time I cant seem to find the plugin... :/ It used to run fine with 1.2.5, but since 1.3.1 the server goes from about 3gb ram to around 6/7gb where it crashes. NoCheat? That's really outdated, you should be on NoCheatPlus. Not sure if that's what is causing it, but it could be simply because its so old.
