Huzzah, many thanks, GeMoschen! I second the sentiment that people would be a lot happier and much more patient even if you stopped in once a week and mentioned yup, I'm still working on this, don't worry.

This is great news! I'm going to just hope that the bugs are fixed haha. For 1.0 I'd love for the cart station blocks to behave slightly different if possible. Similar to the sort blocks but still with the stop and go action.

For instance, I get on at station "A" and want to go to station "C" but station "B" is in the middle so I have to stop there too, then push the button to keep going. Would it be possible to add a command to allow me to do something like "/fbstation c" and then my cart wont stop until it reaches the station sign with "C" on the third line?

Yes, if you want more people to help you expand this, having the source available would be a big plus.

I can't seem to get the minecart dispenser to work. I am placing a sign 2 blocks under a chest with [Cart] on the second line. I wire it up with redstone but no carts come out. Is this still broken? Am I missing something? I am using the bukkit #1149 and the latest falsebook.

You need to place the sign directly under the chest, not 2 blocks below.
  7. Offline

Ok I placed it directly under the chest and it still didn't work. Heres a screenshot of what I have.

    I LOVE YOU!!!!!!
  9. Source access would be nice, if it means I can patch the bug, then send you (gemo) the patch in an easy to integrate way (github pull reqs).

There is a command I believe that does that. but it works based on the sorter block, I coded this and patched it into my own copy back in 0.85, and it made official release for 0.86.

its /fbst stationname, will edit with the sign syntax when i can find it.

Sign syntax for the sorter blocks
on either ur left or right sorter line, use #st:stationname
Now, you can't have the stations on the same "track", but you can make it so the sorter moves the cart off the main track onto a side one that's for that station.

    Image example:

Netherrack = sorterblock, main track goes off, with side station on either side.

Glad to see this updated so fast.

Oh I'm sorry! I told you bullshit :D

    Okay do it like this:

    C = Chest
    R = Redstone
    BU = Button
IO = Ironore (defaultblock for deposit / Collect)
SI = Sign with this on Line 2: [Cart] OR [PoweredCart] OR [StorageCart]

Now just place the carts inside the chest and press the button. Works fine here.

I use the last bukkit dev-build, permissionsbukkit and the newest falsebook-version. I can't get the permissions for doors etc. to work. If I write falsebook.blocks.*: true in my permissionsbukkit config.yml I still get the message "You are not allowed to build doors". ICs however work with setting "falsebook.anyic: true".
  13. Offline

Try Using the "SuperPermsBridge". I think Permissionsbukkit is not able to handle the "xx.*"-node.
  14. Offline

I already tried the following statements

    superpermbridge.falsebook.blocks: true
    superpermbridge.falsebook.blocks.*: true

followed by "permissions reload", but none of them worked. I still get the same message. Using the minecart-blocks doesn't work either. Only building and using ICs works correctly and is defineable by permissions (true/false).

what are the corrects permissions node for falsebook chat?

    for me work and and

but NOT WORK so is impossible for normal user left the chatroom.

    can u fix it? Regard

Have you tried to access the bridge-node directly?
    • falsebook.blocks.bridge
    • falsebook.blocks.door
    • falsebook.blocks.gate

    Try out:

Can i use the craftbook wiki for these Bridges/Doors/Gates/Lifts/Toggleable Areas/Hidden Switches
  18. Offline

Yes, you can use it! There are no big changes in FalseBook. I've just added some things to them, but normally all is working like in CraftBook
  19. Offline

Source access would be good. One of the plugin's I'm making uses falsebook in it's regions and needs to reset the area, but I can't seem to be able to reset the ICs like counters and pulsers.

    Can something be done?
  20. Offline

I'm pretty sure I already tried this before, but now it works ;) thanks for your quick help!
  21. Offline

Ok this worked for me. Thanks!

What would be the best thing to do so that it comes out moving instead of just spawning 2 blocks in front?

Hi, firstly i want to thank you for your work on this plugin!
Secondly i want to report error that happens every server restart and after it delayer and probably some other ICs stop working.

I have got the next problem: the station block doesn't work for me. All other cart blocks are working correctly. I set it up by placing the sign in the correct direction, placing an obsidian block upon it and then placing the rail. The message about the correct placement shows up and I get stoppen when I drive over it, but when I power the obsidian block nothing happens.

EDIT: Seems like it was worldguards fault
EDIT2: The cart stopps correctly, but when the obsidian block is powered it doesn't start again...

I have just tried the 0.88alpha,

Its still not possible to use IronBars (101) as Gate Block

    Did i miss something?

EDIT: Yes i did. I have added the AllowedGateBlocks not to the world file. doh...

    Thanks for the nice plugin!
  25. Offline

Thanks for this! I will fix it with the next version!

    Do the following:
    If your worldname is "myworld":
    • open up /plugins/FalseBook/myworld/
    • search the line "AllowedGateBlocks=85" and change it to "AllowedGateBlocks=85,101"
    • save the file
    • reload/start your server
    • build a sign - Line 2: [Gate] , Line 3: 101
    • Ready :)

Is it still not working? :S

Thanks, that does the trick :)

And many thanks for the nice plugin!

Okay now I figured it out. But one question:
Have you used craftbook before with a MC3101?
If so, the MC3101 has another SignSyntax in FalseBook.

The syntax in CraftBook was: Line3: ##:INF
The syntax in FalseBook is: Line 3: ## , Line 4: INF OR ONCE

But I will catch this error with the next update.

I'm already aware of this and I have already changed the behaviour of FalseBook when using PermissionsBukkit/PermissionsEx/Permissions/GroupManager/SuperPerms.

I'm still testing this, but it will hopefully be fixed with the next update.

Hi and thx for the great plugin. I have a problem, since update to 0.88. If I want to build a station, then I receive the errormessage: "You are not allowed a to build stationsigns"

Ich use MC1.8. Bukkit 1167 and PermissionsBukkit. I try:

    superpermbridge.falsebook.cart.*: true

    superpermbridge.falsebook.*: true

    falsebook.*: true

Can you help me please? THX

Just wait for 0.89alpha. I've been working on a new (internal) permissionsystem to make falsebook compatible to more permissionplugins.

In 0.89 it will be compatible to:
    • Permissions
    • GroupManager
    • PermissionsBukkit (with/without SuperPerms)
    • PermissionsEx
The implementation is complete right now, but I have to test it a bit more before releasing it.
