      Define the area with the "Wooden Hoe" (use rightclick)

    Man, awesome plugin. We love it.
    Got a question for you: I'm trying to make a system which cycles between 3 different states like memory, but instead of 1 bit it's really 1 and a half bits; All I wanna do, is when a clock fires, it changes the state of the IC or circuit to either state 1, 2 or 3. So imagine if it were a button instead of a clock for example: Light #1 is on. Press the button once and light #2 is on, press it a 2nd time and light #3 is on, press it a 3rd time and light #1 is on again, and so on. Any idea how to do this? I was thinking of making a custom IC if it were possible in Falsebook - or is there some IC already there which I've overlooked?

    With this new update the cart wont go around corners when sitting in them you just get stuck in the corner if its close to a wall :S when i pushed the cart it was fine

    I changed the launchSpeed=3.0 to 1.0 and that seemed to do the trick

    Updated to 670 and the issue was fixed.

    noob question, but for some reason when i use a station, it always lauches the minecart backwards from like where it came from instead of continuing on.... how would i set up the sign?

    The LaunchSpeed is only used, when starting carts from a station. So the high-Speed MAY cause the error with the corner :/

    Anyway:
    I'm currently working on a fix, which should allow higher speedvalues, without derailing the cart in corners..

    Hey, just updated to 0.82 and the rail system seems to be more messed up now. They travel much faster when the friction fix is on now as intended but they jump lanes and come off at corners. If I turn it off again they have the problems I was having before. Think I'll leave it at 0.81 just now until there is a fix to stop the carts jumping off the tracks.

    Deleting FalseBook.properties and allowing it to re-generate fixed the constant speed block issue.

    However, a couple things of note:

    1. The re-generated properties file does not contain a sortBlock directive.
    2. Manually adding a sortBlock directive causes the constant speed block issue to return.
    3. Using the properties file included in FalseBook_v0_82alpha.zip also causes the constant speed block issue to return.

    Obviously it appears to be a problem parsing the properties, particularly with regard to the sortBlock directive. Edit: Maybe constantSpeed is picking up the value of the previous directive sortBlock? How do you parse the properties file?

    FYI, I can also confirm the problems other users are having with carts in corners. I also experience problems with hills, the cart will go up the incline block and "bounce" backwards. This occurs on inclines as little as +1. Both of these problems occur only with unoccupied carts, I've never had an issue with occupied carts.

    I can upload a video if it would help with debugging.

    You say I need to get out of the cart, push the button on the station to release it, then push the cart to the booster and get to it before it reaches the booster? Then what are the stations made for???

    Maybe I build the stations wrong? Can they have walls surrounding the minecart on the left and right?

    You can ignore my previous post actually as after reading this post I decided to try out a few more things.

    I also deleted the FalseBook.properties (with 0.82) and it regenerated without a sortBlock directive, however without manually adding it (as I had done before) the rail system appears to be working with the friction fix set to TRUE. It is however running slower than it used to. For example a journey that used to take 1 minute exactly, now takes 1 minute 20 seconds exactly.

    This is progress though as I'm now able to use rail lines I haven't been able to use since the 1.4 update.

    Why when making gate with fence, and writing sign [Gate] in second line it doesnt working? It says Gate toggled, but nothing do. Sorry for my pretty bad eng

    Here's a tutorial I posted on our forums to help our members set up stations. It's in images to make it easier than plain text.

    First, dig a whole two blocks deep where you want the station block to go.

    Secondly, you need to place a sign with '[Station]' on the SECOND LINE, with no other text.

    The sign has to have the text facing the OPPOSITE direction from the direction you want the station to launch carts in.

    Thirdly, place the diamond block in the space above the sign, and put a piece of track on it. If you've done this correctly you should get a notification stating the station block has been successfully created.

    Last, you need to wire it up to a button, simply lay a piece of redstone wire next to the station block and place a button above it.

    Congratulations, you've built a station block. Now you just need rails to take you somewhere.


    NOTE We use Diamond Blocks for station blocks as they are easier to destroy if misplaced. Obviously you replace that with whatever your configuration is set to. Hope that helps.

    Thanks for this! I've been working today on a total rework of the file-save-system. Those errors will hopefully be gone with the next update!

    Mh.. I don't exactly know where the problem is with the stations for you. Maybe it's really, that you build them the wrong way?

    Khamseem has done a quick-tutorial for you some posts above this.

    Of course they can, but they need power to start the cart :)

    I've changed a bit on the minecart-behavior with the friction fix. This makes it travel longer, but maybe slower (haven't tested it like you did with stopping the time). But this shouldn't happen I think..


    And as mentioned some posts above :)

    I'm working on a fix for the derailing/stopping Carts in Corners and Hills. So you will be able to set the max-speed to a higher value. I'll hopefully get it done with the nesxt update.


    can you please post a picture of your gate with the sign?

    Roger that.

    I also wanted to pick your brain about a feature request. Currently, carts dropped onto a constant speed block (such as those dropped by the player or dropped from a collector/dispenser block) require a slight push to get going. Would it be possible to implement it so that they would immediately begin moving when placed on the block? This would seem to be the intuitive behavior.

    To all:

    Is there an IC or something I can use to detect the passing of a minecart on rails, other than a pressure plate? (which tends to cause derailments/missing of station blocks/etc.)

    Thanks, I already figured what in the station desing was wrong. I wired the station block on the bottom side of it, and the tutorial tells to wire the top side of it, to the rails, not the block lower.

    And now I see the other strange thing: stations and boosters make too low boost. I can't even go several blocks up with the station or 8x booster.

    I promise I'm not crazy OCD sitting with a stopwatch or anything haha. I only know the times because we have them listed on our forums to let people know how long it'll take for them to get between stations so that's how I could compare it. :)

    That's great you're working on a derailing fix though, that'll make things so much better! Thanks again for your great responses and updates.

    Hey got a question:Im running craftbukkit 670 and everytime if i want to create for example a [MC1200] is says "you are not allowed to create a MOB SPAWNER"... someone could help me? What im doing wrong? (I havent permissions installed..) ty :)

    This is very easy to implement. So I will add this with the next update! :)

    You can use the MC0271 for that. Example use:
    Line 2: MC0271
    Line 3: 4 (this is the range around the IC)
    Line 4: cart

    I will add an option with the next update. You will be able to set the boost by yourself then (atleast the one for the 8x-booster)

    You need to be an OP, to get the permission to build those things. (If you don't use a permission-plugin).

    Just enter your name into the ops.txt in the Server-directory.

    I believe i'm having the same issue, though i didn't link it up to redstone yet the lower sign doesn't activate the door it just says 'No door found' though the upper sign of the same door works fine
