Thats what it sounds like, or maybe a lobby area to page the admins or something. Eitherway it seems like it has been done before.
You are almost right. I got the idea while i was planning my server : I have a plugin called PlayerPoints. Admins can give Player Points, which they can use to buy things. So I wanted to make a little House, where an Admin can give them points. But actually no Admin can alwayss tand there. So i need a plugin, that you can call an Admin, and then he can do /cap tp to teleport to him and give him the points. This would be easier than spamming chat and so on
Seems overly complicated Just tell the players to say they need admin supervision at the place where they are given points xD
