Question MCMMO Repairing and Salveging

I want to know if theres a plugin for mcmmo and other plugins with enchantments, because I want it to be able to make the ultimate gear I can get, ya know? So Like enchantments you would get from other plugins, would stay on the item you salvage from the mcmmo salvage block, and you would get a enchanted book for the vanilla enchant, so that way you can combine the non-vanilla enchant with other enchants, to make gear.
