   i want to permission only Unarmed and Swords
   
   I don't want other features (example Acrobatics,Archery,Axes)

   You could just only give the permissions for the use of unarmed and sword skills to players.

   Or you can give negative permission nodes, basically a dash before the permission
   - mcmmo.ability.axes.axemastery This would be just a normal permission giving access to axe ability.
   - -mcmmo.ability.axes.axemastery Notice the dash here, this negates the permission. You'll want to negate the permissions you don't want the players to have.
