Plugin Request Mcmmo Level Requirement Items

I'm making an MMORPG style server.
And I thought its a good idea if someone would make a plugin that can add Level requirements using MCMMO levels.

Theres 1 here http://www.curse.com/bukkit-plugins/minecraft/level-requirements
But it uses XP levels not Levels from MCMMO plugin.

Would really be good to have 1 of those to add challenge to the game.
And the items would have a display info with it saying what level requirement it is.

• Can change colors of texts display on Level requirements
• Shows message saying your level is too low for this equipment.
• Along with weapons that would refuse to be placed in your use item slot so that you cant use/hold them. Same with the message saying your level is too low for thie equipment.
• Able to add Item description below the level requirement.

If there are some plugins like this that exist and works for the 1.8.+ versions please link me.
