   Hello, I am going to be making an installer for bukkit and it will include some plugins (mainly to help noobs, Iv'e been asked to do this) and since bukkit and the plugins are open source I was wondering if I was allowed to include a few of them in the installer.

   You are not allowed to redistribute bukkit.
   Your installer must fetch it from http://dl.bukkit.org/latest-rb/craftbukkit.jar
   
   Just because something is open source, it doesn't give you the rights to redistribute it.
   I suggest you read up on licenses.
