Problem/Bug Major Lag Upon Joining My Server...

    When I join my server I get a 15 to 30 second lag spike (client side only). It is not a fps drop, I get 60 fps when I join and people are slowly moving across my screen. I really don't know what is causing this error. There is no tps problems. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.
