Plugin category: Misc Minecraft version: 1.19+ Suggested name: Infusion What I want: I would like a plugin that adds an item infusion/transmutation system to the game. This could be achieved through a special block, which could be an enchanting table that would be "converted" through a multi-block structure, as suggested in the image above. The function of this table is to transform items and/or blocks into others through something similar to a ritual. This can be very useful for servers that have custom textures and do not want all items to be acquired through the crafting table. The transformation would be simple: If the recipe only requires one item and a specified time, the item could be thrown/clicked on the enchanting table and it would appear floating above it (an unobtainable dropped item) with some particles, indicating that the process is taking place. Another option, however, would be to add additional ingredients for the conversion, which would require the main item to be placed in the center as usual and the other ingredients could be placed on the blocks (pedestals) around it. In this case, particles could go from the pedestals to the item in the center, indicating that they are being consumed during the infusion and the item will be converted after the specified time. I would like to emphasize that given the main reason for the existence of this plugin is for servers with a more fantasy theme and that use custom textures, ideally the items in the ritual should be able to distinguish custom model data, name, etc. Ideas for commands: If possible I would love if the recipes could be created using commands, like /infusion create NAME, /infusion NAME core (would use the item currently in the player's maind hand), /infusion NAME ingredient (also player's main hand item),/infusion NAME time TIME, etc. Ideas for permissions: infusion.create.altar, infusion.use.altar, infusion.use.altarothers and, if possible, I would love if we could have permissions for each created recipe, likeinfusion.start.NAME When I'd like it by: When possible!
Hello! I just thought that this structure would fit with the functionalities that I proposed (and I guess would be easier to implement a fixed structure other than implementing a system to a custom one). To give it a more unique look maybe owners could change the altar (enchanting table), base (obsidians) and pedestals (crying obsidians) on configs
