   i'm on 1.13, luckperms works, when i join groups and that, but as soon as i try to set a perm to a group or add a prefix, it says it works, but when i actually do the command, i don't have perms

   for the prefix problem, do u have a chat manager plugin? Also make sure u have luckperms 1.13 cause somethings have changed in the update
