ok every once and a while i get low tps on my server it goes down to 16TPS and ihave to restart the server to fix it this just started on my new server host is it really because of my new host? here so basically your server is lagging. what are the specs of your server? (ram, cpu, hard drive) some plugins can be very system dependent. that is they require alot of system resources. if you don't have enough system resources for those plugins,your server will lag as it try's to give system resources to other plugins. basically, try disabling plugins you don't need. dynamap, mcmmo i think are two plugins that use ALOT of system resources. if you can live without them, then i would recommend at least removing dynamap.
