Looking for some code similar to essentials /baltop

Hi, so I'm developing this Plugin, and I was wondering how would I make something like the essentials baltop command, basically, it grabs all the config nodes, and outputs them in a loop currently my config file is like this;
Test:
Players:
Bloodless2010:
Level: 5
Notch:
Level: 4

I would like so it shows like baltop (a list of the users like a leaderboard)
