Looking for Plugin

    Hello everyone
    I'm making a server and as most server do they have a hub and I was look for a plugin that allows me to connect to another world.

    I would like it so that a player clicks an item and it opens a GUI and then they select which world they want to go to

    Any suggestion??
    Server version 1.8

    Thank color copy for low cost at 55 printing
