   Is there a plugin which has similar function to this:
   When player enters the world "something"
   This plugin checks if "/something" is enabled.
   If it's enabled and player leaves the world, player will run a command (maybe the /something)
   If it's disabled, enable it while the player is still in that world, otherwise do nothing.
