looking for itemframe plugin

Minecraft version: 1.21
Suggested name: FrameClick

What I want: I'd like a plugin that allows players to right click a item frame and get the item that's in that singular item frame, for example if a regular or enchanted diamond helmet is in the item frame and a player right clicks it they receive that item. Also i would like the plugin to have a command that puts a cooldown on individual for players to receive item frames



Ideas for commands: /frameset /framecooldown

Ideas for permissions: frame.set (allows person to make a Itemframe) frame.cooldown (allows person to set cooldown on itemframe)

When I'd like it by: as soon as someone can help

 

Item frames already give you the item that they store when you right click them. @timtower sorry for the ping, but do you happen to understand what op wants?

/frame cooldown get: Show a itemframe cooldown
/frame cooldown set (delay in seconds): Change the delay for a itemframe

/frame set info: Tell if a ItemFrame is clickable
/frame set enable: Turn a ItemFrame into a clickable ItemFrame
/frame set disable: Turn off a clickable ItemFrame
