Question Looking for a "Rental Shop" type of plugin

So I'm looking for a plugin that allows me(server owner) to do a few things. First off I want to be able to rent items, say a car from flans mod, to a player for a certain price. Secondly I want to be able to set a time limit/use limit, so that after that time/use is reached, the item gets taken away from the player. Thirdly the plugin must prevent the item from being taken out of the players inventory in any way shape of from, including dying. I have looked at "RentingCraft" which seems to have everything I need, but I was wondering if there were more options out there or possibly better ones.
