   What I want (if not one already made):
   Basically the original PvpLevels is good, it does what it does for pvplevels, but one thing I need for a PvpLevels plugin is multiworld support. I run a kitpvp world and I'm needing to have an option to have multiworlds support being able to disable the plugin in certain worlds. I have tried perworldplugins but it still broadcasts levelups in others worlds when I only have it set for kitpvp in the config.
   
   Ideas for commands:
   /pvplevels reload would be best
   
   Ideas for permissions:
   None needed.
   
   When I'd like it by:
