Looking for a mod that destroys/removes unused minecarts

Having alot of problems with people leaving their minecarts out on the tracks,
im looking for a mod that removes them or destroys them. By them i mean minecarts.

Allready tryed "vehicle zap" but it does not remove carts from my tracks only ones dropped
via pressing Q and boats.

 

MinecartMania is a great plugin for anything minecart related

 

yeah i used to use it all the time, and was the #1 fan.
but dont like to run mods on my server that if they breake nothing works.
got minecart monorail system which works as is, so prefer not to add to it except removeing vehicles.

yes i do remember MinecartMania, but alittle to much memory comsuming for cart destroying alone.
and since we pay pr memory use rather than player slots, i keep my memory usage low.
