Looking for a collaboration!

Hello people,
I am looking for a group of friendly people to develop 'Bukkit' plugins with. I have found a software that is great for collaborations and if you wish to collaborate with me, please hit me up on '[email protected]'. I am lacking ideas for plugins and I also want somebody to help me create them. I think it would be fun. Thanks!

I am starting work on a MMORPG MOD with more skills than the others. I would love to collab with someone
So far, I have:
Flatfiles which save stats for every user (EyeRayPew.stats, Player.stats etc...)
When you mine better blocks with better tools, you get more exp.
When you dig better blocks with better tools, you get more exp.
Levels that effect exp gain.
