Loogin for Plugin Developer I´ll pay $10

Hello guys,
Im running a Minecraft server and have a stable playerbase of 40-50 players.
Now im Looking for 2 unique server plugin. Should not be much work.
1. Plugin:
Teamspeak 3 activity.
Players gain Iconomy money for being in teamspeak 3.
Every 60mins they are online in Teamspeak 3 they get a amount of money (set in the config)
2. Plugin:
Its a rly simple IP/Nickname logger.
Every time a player joins the plugin write it to a MySQL table.
Nickname | IP |
Example: player crysis992 joins with ip: 127.0.0.1 it should create a new entry.
But! If another player join with my nickname "crysis992" it should NOT update the IP. It should create another entry. And it should cancel if Nickname + IP are already in the database.
Example table:
Nickname | IP
crysis992 - 127.0.0.1
crysis992 - 87.65.43.21
Test - 123.456.789.1

 

I like the idea of the teamspeak iconomy one but it seems like that would be kind of hard to make?

 

There is already a plugin that shows ingame teamspeak player joins/quits and chat. So i thought its not that hard :/
I hope it someone can do my requests :/ would be awesome
