It's CB++ #280, so you won't offer any help with that as far as I know. I really don't know which plugins could be modifying that. Maybe PlotMe, Multiverse. I can't think of anything else but PopulationDensity off the top of my head which I have had disabled for awhile. Edit: Here's a list of my plugins though: Hope that helps in some way.
Sorry, you really need to bring it up with them as its very possible CB++ is to blame. Its not Multiverse though, or I would have seen it by now on my own server, or in these help forums. None of your plugins stick out as anything that would be the cause either.
