Logging the total play time of users.

Suggested name: PlayTime

What I want: I want a plugin where with a permission you can use the command /playtime to display the amount of time playing in total a user has on the server.

Ideas for commands: /playtime (user) (session/total)

Ideas for permissions: PlayTime.View if true, then allows you to use /playtime.

When I'd like it by: At most in a week.

EDIT: It definitely wouldn't take long to make, but I have a feeling it already exists like a million times over. If you look through them and still find that there's something different you want, please tell us.
