I have seen broadcasting plugins in dev.bukkit.org that would display texts at the top of your screen. I propose a plugin that will display those text live, instead of coming from a text file in a timely manner. Concept: The plugin will listen to a player (which has the plugins' perms) text and display it at the top of the screen instead of the chat box. Purpose of plugin I want to be able to display an important long PSA to everyone in the server but have it not lost within the busy chat box. While I perform my PSA, I can allow everyone to comment in the chat box instead of muting everyone. This will be useful in situations where I want to become a Herald like in Assassin Creed, speaking to the crowd while they are half listening lol.
