Limit a map, And completely render it at once for not so fast servers?

    I don't have a fast server, and when ever someone generates chunks, It lags, so is there a way I can limit the map, and completely render it? that way no one has to generate chunks?

    No way to completely render the map, because the render would never end (theoretically). As for a render limit, Borderlands.

    You could generate all the chunks by yourself once you set borders, and then you shouldn't have issues.
