Plugin Request Last Man Standing

Is there a last man standing plugin that can add to a faction server? The plugin goes like this:
Players earn and buy armour and weapon from faction server then they can teleport to the lms waiting room. Then they right click the sign to join or type /lms join to join the lms arena. After an amount of player reached, the time start to count down. It should broadcast players the lms arena will start at how many minutes. When the time reached, the game start and player will automatically been teleport to the lms arena and other player cant right click the sign or type /lms join until the match is over. The last man standing will win the price. And player can start queuing up again. Players leave the arena or unjoin it by typing /lms leave.
I will pay USD 10 if someone make this plugin.
