Lags on some postitions

We have lags on some postions in our plot world.
For lot of players with worse Pc's Minecraft crashes.


Here's a little video in which you see the lags:


It is not Showcase. Even without the plugin, it lags.

Does anyone have an idea how to fix it?

How much RAM does the server have?

 

SicanEric 1-2gb in use, 6-7gb free

 

It's probably due to all the items you have on display in that building.

re4ly Try visiting the area in singleplayer?

 

check for:
abnormal amounts of mobs
horse spawners
big redstone circuits/redstone repulsers

fussionzz97 yes, in the singleplayer are the same it is the same.

currently it is not always. But still from time to time.

Anyone have a idea?

re4ly How many entities are on the world use /mem (Essentials). It may be a minecraft issue. My friend has a lag issue like this when you enter a snow biome.

 

Yes the reason is plotme i have it and is laggy as hell man i got no idea why but yea i think is the generation or something

It lags apparently only when two or more players are on the spot.

If it doesn't try disabling all your plugins and see if it lags. It could be a plotme issue like what NeonZ7FuZion714K said.
