Plugin Help Kits

I have a kits plugin and i created a kit called pvp i typed /kit pvp and its not working even if im oped i have group manager and i typed under permissions - kits.spawn.pvp and its stil not working why?please help!

It would be nice for the full list BUT I wont be mad if you don't include all of them.
Troubleshooting, answer these questions if you want the process to speed up, that is reply from me
Can you think of any plugin that can be conflicting?
Is there a message that pops up when you type the command? Example; Internal server error blah blah blah
Do any other kits work?
Are you sure it doesn't work when you are OP?
Are you sure you are moving yourself to the group with the perm?
