KillMessage with AntiLooter

What I want: I would like a plugin that when you kill a player it shows a message. Example: You have killed Protom1234. Make sure you get all their items, as you've got 10 seconds!

I would love the messages to be in a config that I can edit and put in color codes. The AntiLooter message please also make editable, unless you add it with the kill message.
But also could you add a time for the '10 seconds' part so I can edit times. Thank you.

@Protom1234 So when someone dies, they drop items like normal but after 10 seconds they disappear?

 

@bwfcwalshy No, when the player dies, their loot drops, but only the killer can pick it up during those 10 seconds. When the 10 seconds is up, anyone can pick it up.
