Keep EXP after death

    Hi,
    Can someone tell me if there is a permission (a default from craftbukkit, or from essentials) that makes me keep the exp when I die?
    I do not have a plugin for that, altough when I have OP or a rank with all permissions I don't lose it.

    there is a gamerule "/gamerule keepInventory true"

    this will keep the Inventory and XP of a player after he dies

    hope this helps :)
