Just want opinions on a plugin!

MagicSpells. I haven't seen it on many servers and i'm just wondering is there a reason for this? I mean i think its pretty cool with alot of spells and they are all pretty customization. Also people aren't going to be able to using combat hacks to cheat if combat is using a stick? I was thinking of making a server with this and maybe having CTF and skywars but do people like magic combat?
