    Hi, I am creating a job plugin but I don't know how to make it compatible with every EconomyPlugins so the money you earn you get it on your account

    so I have to create an internal economy and connect it with Vault ?

    No, you can get the implemented economy (provided by Vault) using code om their wiki.
