  1. I am most unfortunately confined within the 6 inch screen of my phone and am unable to access any PC related programs that can assist in making Bukkit plugins. I have looked online and searched for apps that can program in Java efficiently AND develop Bukkit plugins, but no app is truly the MASTER APP. I need any app that can possibly be useful for creating a plugin and the ability to save it online as I can only access a PC for a few hours each day(think of it as a fairy tale where I am enchanted and can only revert to my true form for a few hours a day)

@BananaPuncher714 There are not many idea's out there.
Certainly not many that are able to change the build path.
My choose of action would be having a machine running somewhere and open a remote connection to it.

Ok, so you mean the best way would be using my phone as a mini monitor for some computer somewhere else? Because isn't Android is supposedly built around Java, and I was wondering if there was a way to implement that so it was able to make other plugins. Also, would it be possible if I were to run a virtual machine on my phone then install eclipse there, instead of having a remote connection?

@BananaPuncher714 Virtual machine on pc is a "don't do that" already.
    Phone won't make it better.
I indeed suggest to turn your phone in a remote screen and keyboard.
And Android is Java indeed, but not an unmodified version.
To handle errors: you need a compiler, compiler is not something that Android has in runtime.
