Item saver at pickate it

Minecraft version: 1.9 to 1.12.2

Suggested name: ItemSaver, Pickate free!

What I want: I'd like to pickate a block, (Like cobblestone, grass, sand, etc.) And when you you end to pickate the item go directly to you inventory, like You take the item drop instantly, its even possible?

Ideas for commands: No commands

Ideas for permissions: Nothing, i think

When I'd like it by: When you want to make it.

 

So just to clear it up, when you break a block, you want the drops to go straight to the player who broke it's inventory, correct?
