Item control plugin.

I want to disable a couple of items on my server, (golden apples and ender chests) Is there a plugin that lets me remove these items from my server?

I realize there are separate plugins for each item. But i was wondering if there is a general item control plugin in case i need to disable more items. And also lessen the cpu load on my server with less plugins.

 

If you use PEX, modifyworld has this I think. WorldGuard may also be able to do it.

Any idea how i would deny the use of golden apples?
I've tried:

Deny golden apple
[322:1]
ignore-groups=admins,mods
on-use=deny,notify
on-interact=deny,notify
on-acquire=deny,notify

But people can still use them.

I don't use Worldguard for these kind of things, so I don't know.
