Plugin Help Issue with Bite-Skywars Plugin

Hello, I'm having an issue with Bite-skywars plugin for my server. Whenever a game is started the players can all get the items in the chests and place blocks until they get to the center. Once the players that get to the center they are unable to place or break blocks there (the block shows up for a split second then disappears)
I was wondering if anyone could help me out with this. If you guys need a file just tell me and I will show you. Thanks
