Ok, now; Everytime if i watch to the running bat file i see this; [INFO]92.231.109.47:44724 lost connection Nobody is trying to enter or something. But its wierd. This IP address belongs to : adsl.alicedsl.de They are based in germany (Berlin) - if you are a german user, it is possible its your adsl company's server running a handshake on your network. However, you should have a firewall preventing that sort of connection from reaching your machines. If you haven't, you need to think about it.
I wouldn't block it yet cause it may lower the reputation of the server if it is actually a minecraft status checker. If you did block it, the serverlists will think your server is gone and remove it from the list, therefore you having less visitors. What I would do is google your IP address and see what could be checking on your IP address. If it gets really suspicious, block it.
